Clean, classy hotel. Decent sized and freshly decorated room with lovely bed and hypoallergenic pillows. Really polite stuffs, gave a few recommendations. Early check-in, parking nearby. Had free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The breakfast spread impressed me, with fresh fruits and breads. The shower's inconsistent water temperature was frustrating. A tip , be sure to check if air conditioning is available in your room, as this could significantly affect your comfort.

I cannot believe the standards here-no air conditioning and poor drainage in the shower. As an absoluteley important guest, i woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary upgrade after these inconveniences, but apparently that's too much to ask. The 'friendly' staff are only friendly when they're not enforcing their odd rules.

The location stands out, just a pleasant stroll to major attractions and the open-air cafe offered delicious salads. The lack of air-conditioning was disappointing during my summer stay was great. The staff in the coffee shop were unwelcoming, with inconsistent service during breakfast, where options were limited and often cold. It was a neat and cozy place, but summer visitors should be aware of the heat.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to three metro lines and bus stops nearby. The family room we stayed in was spacious and came equipped with a microwave and kettle, super convenient for our children's snacks.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, made the room a bit warm during the hotter days.

This was just a good pick for one night in Berlin with very good value for money. The room was comfortable, and the interesting water meters in the bathroom caught my eye. Make sure to check the breakfast options. You can find better elsewhere for less!

The breakfast spread surpassed our expectations, with delicious options that catered to all tastes. Its convenient proximity to major attractions made our sightseeing effortless and enjoyable. The absence of air conditioning was a letdown during the warm summer days.

This place boasts a solid breakfast buffet that includes fresh fruit and a generous selection of bread. The twin room with bunk beds I had on the 7th floor offered some pretty nice views and was adequately handy for reaching nearby spots like the Zoo and Tiergarten.
The lack of air conditioning made my evenings stuffy, especially during peak summer heat. I also dealt with some noisy neighbors one night, as the walls hardly blocked out their karaoke antics. The bed wasn't exactly comfortable, leaving me waking up a bit sore. On top of that, the Wi-Fi struggled during peak hours. Lastly, room cleaning every three days felt a bit sparse-I expected a bit more upkeep .

We had a right laugh here! The room was clean as a whistle, and the bed was proper comfy. Breakfast was a real treat, loads to choose from. Only downside, the lift could be a bit dodgy, mate. Still, I'd book again for sure!

The location shines, being a short stroll to the Zoo and Tiergarten. The kitchenette setup with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator adds a decent level of convenience for light meals during stays.
The absence of air conditioning can be a dealbreaker during the summer, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm at night. Further, the hotel's overall appearance feels dated, and while the rooms are clean, some furnishings could use an upgrade to enhance comfort. Guests should also be ready for a limited selection at breakfast, which may not satisfy everyone's tastes, especially for vegetarians.

Loved the spacious room with clean amenities. The excellent location made exploring easy, and the staff was friendly and willing to help. Plus, the Wi-Fi was quick and reliable, nice for seamless online work!
The beds could use some updating, as they felt a bit worn. A better variety of breakfast choices would enhance the overall experience.
